What types of properties does Sunrise Landscape serve?

Sunrise Landscape partners with commercial properties, community associations (HOAs and COAs), developers, and builders across Florida. Our teams specialize in landscape maintenance, design and installation, irrigation, arbor care, and enhancements — all customized to each property’s goals and environment.

We proudly serve clients throughout Florida, with regional teams based in Tampa, Fort Myers, Ocala, Venice, Orlando, and beyond. Our network allows us to support both local properties and statewide portfolios with consistency and care.

Billing & Account Questions

Maintenance contracts are typically billed monthly, based on the agreed-upon annual contract value. Each invoice includes details about your services, frequency, and contact information for your Account Manager.

You can pay via check, ACH, or other approved electronic methods. For questions about invoices, payment options, or billing changes, please contact our Accounting Department at ar@sunriselandscape.com.

Please reach out to your Account Manager first as they’ll ensure your question is addressed quickly.

Commercial Maintenance

Each contract is customized, but most include mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal color rotations, irrigation monitoring, fertilization, pest control, and proactive communication from your Account Manager.

Most maintenance agreements are annual, renewing automatically unless notice is given. We structure our contracts to allow for stability and seasonal planning throughout the year.

You can submit enhancement or service requests directly through our online Service Ticket Portal or by contacting your Account Manager. We’ll assess the request, provide a proposal if needed, and schedule work promptly.

Installation & Construction Projects

Our Design and Installation Division works on large-scale commercial and community projects — from amenity centers and entrances to Class A buildings, hospitals, resorts, and new developments. We handle everything from site prep and irrigation to hardscapes and plant installation.

We’re experienced in working alongside builders, GCs, and landscape architects to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet specifications. Our project managers handle documentation, communication, and quality control every step of the way.

Yes — and we recommend it. Our team can transition from installation to maintenance seamlessly, protecting your investment and ensuring the landscape continues to thrive long after project completion.
